I don't think there is any excuse for cursing at your baby girl. I don't want my baby girl cursing, but how can I ask her to be careful about her language when I'm hurling F words at her? Also, clearly your baby girl isn't the most tech savvy person in the world, so why not sit down with her and help her figure it out so she doesn't go over the cap anymore? You spanked her, but didn't solve the problem. She doesn't even know what she did wrong. The next month you both will be right back in the same situation again. You ask her if "it's all figured out", when in fact she tells you she doesn't understand what is wrong. She thought she was on Wi-Fi, so how is she going to fix that? That being said, she should be responding to your texts faster than four hours. That is one of my pet peeves as well.
